About Us
Innocent O. Udokporo’s professional working career started in 1984 with Shaver Poultry Breeding (GB) of Canada, based in Norfolk in the UK, and Daylay Eggs based in Thornton, Fife in Scotland after graduating from The West of Scotland Agricultural College, Auchincruive, Ayr in 1986.
Innocent is currently the Project and Trade Finance Coordinator at Country and City Financials UK. He has a cast-iron, extensive knowledge in project and trade finance from conception to actualising the financing.
In his previous roles at Euro Agricultural Consultants and Ka – Chi & Ka – Chi Integrated Services Innocent sourced and secured funding from investment banks, export credit agencies, financial institutions, and equity investors. His success stories include:

In trade finance, Innocent facilitated international trade transactions by providing financing solutions such as letters of credit, trade credit insurance, and export financing, he was also responsible for structuring and managing these trade finance arrangements from banks such as HSBC UK.
Innocent has ingenious and innovative knowledge in structuring complex financial deals in project and trade finance. He uses his expertise to design financial arrangements that meet the specific needs and objectives of each project and trade transaction from various financial institutions.
He has a vast knowledge in risks associated with project and trade finance especially in assessing and mitigating financial risks to ensure the successful completion of projects and trade transactions.
Innocent’s expertise also bridges the gap in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions, whilst
staying compliant with financial regulations and ensuring that all transactions adhere to legal requirements against money laundering and financial malpractices.
Innocent’s deep understanding of financial capital markets, innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, effective communication and negotiating abilities holds him in good stead for this role.
Finally, Innocent is the author and innovator of “Independent Infrastructure Development Funding Pprogrammme (IIDFP)” designed specifically for developing countries to secure infrastructure development finance without complex structures, formulas, compliances, regulations and time-saving.
What we Do
Country and City Financials UK (CACFU) are Facilitators and Innovators of Project & Trade Finance and Investors’ Representative.
In addition, we provide consultancy for the acquisition of the state-of-the-art infrastructure, technology, products, services, and project development.
CACFU is also a promoter of the Independent Infrastructure Development Fund Programme(IIDFP).
We focus on facilitating and innovating investment loans from Bilateral and Multilateral Finance Institutions, Export Credit Agencies, Equity Investors, and Venture Capitalists, etc.
